Communication was effortless and everything was completed as promised. All the subcontractors that came were timely and took pride in their work. Our finished home is exactly what we wanted.

" We can’t say enough about the outstanding experience we had working with J.L. and his team. His knowledge of all things construction is second to none. J.L.’s expertise and knowledge really shines through regardless of the question, or idea you may have.
J.L. and his team tripled the size of our kitchen, expanded the opening to our family room, (which included removing a load-bearing wall), and added square footage to our house creating an amazing open-concept kitchen. J.L.’s team also refinished the hardwood floors throughout the house and renovated our family room ceiling. All of this happened in about 30 working days! The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, follow-through, and project management were all unbelievable. The jobsite (the interior of our home) was kept orderly throughout the project and meticulously cleaned and vacuumed at the end of every day. All of the sub-contractors were just as attentive to detail, professional, and obvious experts of their craft. Mark is the best project manager I’ve ever worked with and was on the job every day! Justin and Kyle were equally amazing and a real pleasure to work with. Calls and texts to Mark, J.L., as well as emails to the office, were responded to immediately. We highly recommend J.L. and his team for your project and look forward to working with him again. "

" I contracted with JL Brooks Construction to finish additional areas of my basement. Having a background in construction, I am very particular about workmanship and communication. From start to finish, the job ran smoothly thanks to Mark Brooks and all of the professional sub-contractors that completed the work. Mark kept me informed daily as to what would be taking place and not one time did a sub-contractor not show up at the communicated time. While there was no deadline, the job was completed within the estimated time to complete (6 weeks) and the workmanship was second to none.
